                 Situated in the municipal area of El Campello, 9 kilometres from its beaches, 4 kilometres from Busot, 22 kilometres from Alicante and 30 kilometres from Benidorm and Terra Mitica, you and your friends can enjoy all the peace and tranquility that this house in the country offers, situated as it is within grounds measuring 100,000 square metres, 10,000 of which are fenced off for security around the house, affording excellent views of the Mediterranean coastline.

Els   Picalons is a period-built detached house in the country, totally refurbished and with all modern conveniences. It can sleep 8 people in four bedrooms, one room containing twin beds and three rooms containing double beds. One of

these doubles is a loft room while another comes with its own bathroom facilities. It has an exquisitely decorated dining room, a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, essential crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, etc. a bathroom, a living room with fireplace, television, video and music centre. The garden boasts a barbecue area, a gas ring for cooking paellas, a small ecological fruit tree orchard, a garden area and ample parking space for vehicles.The electrical supply comes from a sistem of solar and wind power.
